It's in the fourth main quest for Chapter 5, I think you have to be around level 50. It's all implied and nothing happens to the protagonist, but I found triggering enough that it's taken me until now (like 2 weeks later) to feel up to writing about it.

It's an unavoidable quest, containing important information. I'm now 3 quests in Chapter 6, and none of the later quests have triggered me the same way, but the events of that one quest have left a lasting cloud over some characters for me. If anyone's played further, does this sort of thing come up again?

Also, I don't have triggers around disordered eating but some of the stuff in the game still makes me wince.
