Trigger Warning for Helix Waltz

alias_sqbrIt's in the fourth main quest for Chapter 5, I think you have to be around level 50. It's all implied and nothing happens to the protagonist, but I found triggering enough that it's taken me until now (like 2 weeks later) to feel up to writing about it.
It's an unavoidable quest, containing important information. I'm now 3 quests in Chapter 6, and none of the later quests have triggered me the same way, but the events of that one quest have left a lasting cloud over some characters for me. If anyone's played further, does this sort of thing come up again?
Also, I don't have triggers around disordered eating but some of the stuff in the game still makes me wince.

We find out that if someone is caught cheating at gambling in the tavern, they are stripped naked and offered up for public sexual use, then put in a cage and sold as a slave. If noone buys them they die of exposure.
A minor character is threatened with this, and the people of the tavern, including the love interest Blackloves, are all maliciously cheerful at the prospect. The minor character is rescued, but it's clear that other people have suffered this fate in the past, and will in the future.
Magda doesn't approve, but also doesn't seem as massively horrified as I would have expected, and it's not brought up again after this quest. Also, Blackgloves is a fairly central character and possible love interest for the rest of the chapter.
