I have finally finished every single artistic goal I'd set myself in the last little while. Now I just have to wait for Ladystuck to start posting in January.

For erasureathon I took two fics by glimmergirl and used photoshop to cover the text with an image and highlight certain words to form poetry.

I've been quite enjoying softestbullet's kink bingo art recently, much of which hasn't been at all explicit and none of which has very heavily squicked me (which most porn does). She encouraged me to have a go, and I thought it might be interesting to see if I could come up with a bingo of art ideas that managed to hit the relevant kinks without hitting my sex related squicks (which are even more intense for my own art than other people's)

So I looked at the the communal cards and after some thought came up with a bingo of 5 (G and PG rated :)) art ideas in a line for card 2. When it came to actually drawing them properly I started feeling self conscious, but managed to draw this one before my brain shut down in self defense.

It's funny how much more self conscious I am about posting something which is deliberately kinky, even in such a mild and inoffensive way, than I am about all the art I post which could very easily be read as much kinkier (and sometimes is enjoyed as kink, if the other art in the collections of certain people who've favourited me is any guide) Poking at why it makes me uncomfortable has been instructive. But I think I'll need to draw a lot of gen before I feel comfortable even considering drawing any of the other 4 ideas. They're not all very good anyway, and the actual proper run of Kink Bingo finished ages ago.
