Perth fruit and veg delivery
Feb. 25th, 2020 10:35 pmWA Fresh is shutting down ;_;
Does anyone know of other good places delivering custom fruit and veg in Perth? Most places seem to just do boxes of whatever's in season, which is no good to me with all my intolerances.
What I found today:
Fruit n Vegies R Us Limited range
The Good Grocer A supermarket, which tends to mean lower quality.
Also Aussie Fruit and Veg look like they could be good for anyone south of the river (which I am not).
I could also just order from Coles/Woolworths but that tends to be very poor quality.

Tbh...I'm going through that one a bit more thoroughly and it doesn't look...like the worst thing ever? But just, sigh, sigh because WA Fresh made things really nice and easy for the last few years. I really hope someone else slots into the niche. *hugs* It sucks

Date: 2020-02-26 02:02 am (UTC)I have also used The People's Market http://www.thepeoplesmarketperth.com.au/ which are also very good and have a bigger variety, no box required, will deliver a wider range of products as well as f&v.

Date: 2020-02-26 04:52 am (UTC)I like the look of the produce at the People's Market, but the fact that one of their primary charities is a pro-life/anti-abortion (feeding propaganda to vulnerable young women in particular) house really disturbs me. :/ But I'm just not able to like, separate the fact that some of my money will go somewhere like that, I wish I could, because it seems like the only decent option now that WA Fresh is gone.
