I was going to just rec Bachelorette by Obsessive24 but I decided it might be more interesting to try and think of how many other very different but equally awesome pairs (or more!) of vids to the same song I can find. In each case the vids are listed in the order I encountered them.

"Bachelorette" by Bjork:

Bachelorette by Kusoyaro Adolescence of Utena. Gorgeous imagery. (I'm a sucker for femslashy women with swords) Inspired me to watch the movie, don't. The TV series, on the other hand, is the awesomeness the vid promises, if not quite as pretty.

Bachelorette by Obsessive24 Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Takes the gender symbolism of the show one step further. This has somewhat ruined the previous vid for me because the lyrics are just so perfect, from the first line "I'm a fountain of blood, in the shape of a girl".

For me this song brings up a lot of the same ideas about gender as both of these shows, with the ambiguity between victim and lover, between passivity and power.

"All That I Am" by Rob Thomas:

The Boy Was a Puppet by Fabella Harry Potter. Self sacrifice and Harry (up to film 4)

All That I Am by LithiumDoll Supernatural. Self sacrifice and the Winchesters.

These are both fairly similar vids about self sacrifice and angst (there's some differences in the way the narrative flows but I lack the artsiness to articulate them :)). I saw the Harry Potter one first and I think I like it a little more (it's so pretty) but the SPN one managed to win me over with it's tasty angst even though at the time I hadn't seen much of the show.

"Handlebars" by Flobots

Handlebars by Flummery New Who. The tenth Doctor.

Handlebars by deejay Iron Man. Iron Man.

These are again fairly similar vids, but in some ways they're similar characters, their use of their overwhelming power both endearingly gleeful and disturbingly sociopathic. I like the Doctor Who one more, but I think the canon suits it better (though Iron Man does have actual bikes and Americans :)).

So, any others you guys have encountered? Both vids need to be awesome for the pair to count, otherwise it's too easy!

I decided not to include remixes, otherwise we'd have Seven Nation Army: LOTR and Robots.
