This is aimed at parents, but has a pretty wide range of games and accessibility features listed. Including whether a game requires reaction speed, hooray.
There's also Can I Play That, but while I respect their mission I don't generally find them very useful for my specific needs.

Which does include the things I care about in theory (reaction times, amount of clicking) but I have not found the reviews I've read super helpful on that score.
