I contacted them three weeks ago about being made mod of a community I'm in whose sole mod has deleted her account and vanished, and haven't gotten any response asides from an automated message saying it will be "answered as soon as possible".

Does anyone know: Should I just keep waiting, or is it better to contact them again? Is there some more reliable method than using the support request form? It's what they say to do.

Maybe @ them at Twitter? And just ask if a 3+ week turnaround on a help request is normal?

I've gotten speedy responses from using the support request form before, although in my case they were spam reports (i.e., something very clear-cut and simple to deal with). I agree that it might be worth pinging them in some way just to be sure it hasn't fallen off the edge of the world.
