1) What sort of food processor type thing is best for saving spoons on chopping veggies?

2) A local carpenter/kitchen renovator who would be able to change our cupboards to allow for a dishwasher

3) A local psychologist with wheelchair accessible premises I can get to without too much trouble.

We have one and it's fantastic, except that my partner has carpal tunnel and holding down the button vibrates and makes her hands go numb. I have arthritis and it's fine for me though.
