Since it can be hard to think of them when organising get togethers, and because others may find them useful. I'll try and make note of vegetarian friendliness and general attention to allergies. The main cuisines I can eat are steak and vegetables, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese. All are wheelchair friendly and near public transport, this is places I can get to on my own, if I'm getting a lift it's much easier!

Will add more to this tag as I think of them!

Morley:

Sushi Master at the Coventry Markets
A quite nice sushi train and general Japanese restaurant. There's other wheelchair friendly places I can't eat at nearby including Indian and Thai.
Vegetarian friendly: yes
Allergies: no particular attention
Transport: A few blocks from Morley Bus Station. Terrible parking.

Joyful Chinese
Adequate dim sum with a small range, also a la carte chinese meals I haven't tried.
Vegetarian friendly: the dim sum isn't. The other meals include some vegetable and tofu dishes that look ok.
Allergies: no particular attention
Transport: Relatively near Morley Bus Station through the Galleria.

Amano Gelati
Quite nice gelatos and sorbets
Vegetarian friendly: Yes!
Allergies: no particular attention
Transport: Near Morley Bus Station inside the Galleria.

Bayswater:

Bayswater Hotel:
Simple but satisfying buffet that comes with meals like steak. Pizzas and cafe meals.
Vegetarian friendly: Not last I saw anyone try. You either eat veggie pizza or pay way too much for all you can eat vegetables, nuts and fruit.
Allergies: no particular attention but they have been quite helpful when I asked for no sauce, veggies without butter etc.
Transport: right by Bayswater station

Thai Esarn:
Fairly nice Thai food and some other East Asian dishes.
Vegetarian friendly: yes
Allergies: no particular attention but fairly good about not including ingredients if you ask. Unlike most Thai places offer food with no chili whatsoever.
Transport: right by Bayswater station

Perth:

Seoul BBQ Cafe:
Small range of nice korean food from a little hole in the wall cafe
Vegetarian friendly: not afaict
Allergies: no particular attention, everything cooked on the same grill
Transport: right by Perth station

Zen Saki:
Overpriced but interesting Japanese place
Vegetarian friendly: I think so
Allergies: no particular attention
Transport: Near Perth train station and all the Barrack St busses. Didn't know there was one on St George's terrace until I looked up the link, can't speak to it's accessibility.

Taka's Kitchen:
Cheap filling Japanese food
Vegetarian friendly: Kind of?
Allergies: no particular attention
Transport: Near Perth train station and all the Barrack St busses (there's another in Shafto Lane that's harder to get to)

Java Juice
Fruit smoothies
Vegetarian friendly: Everything on the menu!
Allergies: I think they do pay attention? Maybe?
Transport: there's several in the city near the train etc.
