Hello!
I was not feeling very well when I decided to sign up at the last minute, so I got a bit rambly and wrote whatever popped into my head. My requests are not set in stone, I was specific about what I would most like to see since vagueness is nobody's friend but would rather you created what you feel inspired by than force yourself to make something that doesn't feel natural. Have fun! I'm sure I'll like whatever you create.
The shipping and characters ticky boxes confused me a little, there's noone I hate and refuse to read (well, I don't really like Ozai) On the whole I prefer gennish stuff, and am not super invested in any of the ships except Mai/Zuko (and am ok with them being poly) As long as I can imagine all the main characters and love interests being generally around and happy (whether or not they appear "on screen") I'm happy.
If that's not enough info for you here's some more rambles about what I like in creative stuff.
Just to be on the safe side here are my requests again:
1)Katara and Aang as they work to both rebuild the water tribe and the airbenders. (In my head canon they don't get to see each other that often for a while due to these competing obligations, but YMMV) I like the idea of a new airbender society forming mostly organically from groups like the refugees at the Northern Air Temple, with some similarities to the Air benders but in some ways becoming something totally new, a mix of Earth/Air/Water and Fire cultures. This might veer into unfortunate implications about appropriation of cultures that have been decimated by genocide though.
2)Something post series about the non-bending lower class characters(*), how they feel about the various events and their position in the new world order, or a look at their lives with no reference to bending etc at all. Not in a way which is really about how awesome the bending/upper class characters are, but still sympathetic to them, not some dark AU.
I've said "gen only" but am not opposed to some shippiness. But since I don't want this to be about the main characters, none of the main ships apply!
(*) And preferably not characters like Sokka or Suki who are the children of chiefs. More like Jet and his group, Song, Jin etc.
3)This is my "So the other two prompts were kind of obscure" easy fallback prompt: something about Toph being awesome, or something fluffy and Zuko/Mai-ish. The rest of the details I shall leave up to you :)
