Vid rec: Merlin, Waking World

So I had a recs post all planned in my head and then I couldn't find the link to download it and by the time I did I'd forgotten what I was going to say. But!

Waking World-Morgana/Guinevere by Di is an awesome vid. I don't entirely understand what's happening in it (so don't ask me to explain) but have watched it like four times anyway :)

I love Morgana and Gwen centric feminist-ish Merlin vids despite having seen a total of one episode of the show. I know enough of the changes they've made to get the basic gist and enjoy them largely as commentary on the broader King Arthur mythos.

Also I have a thing for Katie McGrath :D (And Santiago Cabrera. If there's a couple I wish people would ship purely so I could watch pretty vids, it's them)

Anyway, this vid is about Morgana and Gwen trying to deal with the troubles they're facing this season: Morgana knowing she has powers and trying to control them, while knowing that Uther will probably execute her if he finds out; Gwen falling in love with two guys that she can't have due to circumstances beyond her control. So basically there's lots of Morgana-Uther (non-shippy, come on! The guy is like her father!) and Arthur/Gwen/Lancelot, plus a lot of the girls being awesome. :)

Whether that makes it make more sense or less is up for debate. ;)
