What's adaptive clothing?

Haha. Oops. Thus was supposed to be a private post. I guess there's worse things to accidentally forget to lock :)

It's clothing adapted for disabled people. Specifically, my grandad has Alzheimers and partial paralysis meaning he's in a wheelchair and can't unclench his fist or help much with his own dressing. So he would suit shirts/pants with snap-together backs or sides and loose sleeves that can be put on without having to move him out of his chair or move his arms/hands much.
