I asked Cam which Season 4 Supernatural episodes I should watch, he sent me this, I thought it was as easy to save here as anywhere else and someone else might find it useful. First two by me since I'd seen them.

Ep1: Very good, vitally important.

Ep2: Bad. Watch maybe the first and last few minutes.

Ep 3: Very good. Slight connections to overall plot. Shouldn't be annoying.

Ep 4: Quite good.

Ep 5: Silly and bad, don't watch.

Ep 6: Meh. Can skip.

Ep 7: Ok. Has angels.

Ep 8: Quite bad. Very sexist. Avoid.

Ep 9: Highly recommend.

Ep 10: Highly recommend.

Ep 11: Ok. Can skip.

Ep 12: Ok. Can skip.

Ep 13: Not too bad.

Ep 14: Quite good.

Ep 15: Really good and really bad. Has annoying bit at end. Be prepared.

Ep 16: Very good.

Ep 17: Not bad.

Ep 18: Really good.

Ep 19: Not bad. Can skip.

Ep 20: Very good.

Ep 21: Quite good.

Ep 22: Last episode. Not bad.
