About eight yars ago I designed a christmas card based on the Raphael Robinson aperiodic tiling of the plane. But I wasn't totally happy with the design's aesthetics (I put most of my energy into getting it to tile properly) and always meant to get around to doing it better.
And here we are: A much prettier version of the tiles, for sale as a card at my RedBubble store (But I am happy with people admiring it for free :))

Date: 2009-07-09 05:35 am (UTC)I find it MUCH easier to edit stuff, if you want to fiddle with an image there's much fewer steps. And once an image is uploaded it's automatically available as all products (though art and t-shirts are two separate types of images)
The down side is a much more narrow variety of products, and they tend to be more expensive.
Titles are not so hard as all that
