Two things I would like to say

I keep being friended by really interesting, awesome people, and I like it. You guys all rock (As do my old, also interesting and awesome friends, of course)
If I haven't friended you back it's just because I don't feel I know you that well (I read everyone's rss feed): I tend to absentmindedly post random comments to any posts which hit my flist when I'm feeling bored, and this is something I only feel comfortable doing to people once I've known them a while :) (Not neccesarily irl. Also some people just strike me as open to that sort of thing, apologies to anyone who I've misjudged, but that's the price you pay for friending me!)

Also: Is it just me or is it freaking cold? (Here, that is. Though, you know, I'm sure it's freaking cold in other places too)

Two and a halfth thing: I've been doing painting this weekend instead of the many things on my to do list. It's fun!

Yeah, I am enjoying the chance to wear the hats, scarves, and coats which have been mouldering in the cupboard for several months.

I do wonder sometimes about how people live in those places where this sort of weather is considered warm.
