Decided to do this before I finish all the good ends, since that usually kills my motivation for playing bad ends. I noticed some patterns between paths so will keep this as it's own post.
I'm using the ending names from the walkthrough, the game has a list with much more evocative names but I'm not sure how they match up.

Sasazuka Bad Ends
Tragic Love: Going into the final chapter with low approval.
The game skipped through most of the chapter, which is unchanged, including the removal of Ichika's collar and defeat of Adonis so where's the tragedy going to come from??
Sakuragawa: Since it's Christmas Eve I bet you want to go make out with Sasazuka ;)
Ichika: N-no...
Sasazuka never asks her out so she just goes drinking with Sakuragawa. She spends New Years working.
Ichika: Oh, you're being reassigned to the Metropolitan office? I guess we won't be able to have lunch any more.
Sasazuka: Mmm. Turn around.
He gives her a cute necklace, and she's touched, but not ecstatic, and doesn't seem to get the romantic subtext. He mutters to himself "You really are stupid. And so am I. I couldn't say it..."
And then she never sees him again because... he MOVES TO BACK AMERICA to HUNT DOWN ADONIS TERRORISTS. Sometimes she plays with the necklace and thinks of him.
THE END
So on the one hand that's more bittersweet than tragic but on the other hand I am sure I will be getting my fill of tragedy soon enough. I was going to say "I'm glad he doesn't join Adonis even without perfect support" but there's still bad ends to go.
Adonis Bad End: Killed by the weird siblings!
Bad End 1: Fail to take the shot, get shot! From the little you hear, Sasazuka is, uh...not going to take this well.
Bad End 2: Ichika's trying to chase down Sasazuka before he can join Adonis, but chooses the wrong place to search. She falls asleep at the office, and half-asleep wakes to him smiling sadly at her before blowing something into her face that makes her unable to move. She feels the collar being removed from her neck, and hears him say "Ichika. I'm sorry."
She doesn't see him again. And then...X-Day arrives.
THE END
Bad End 3: Play Chapter 3 on low approval. Ichika hears a woman shouting to God to accept her, and follows the voice to...the construction site atop the Adonis base.
Sugawara: Is it because of those dirty men? Then I'll kill them and everyone like them!
There is the sound of shots and Ichika finds the dead body of a Sugawara (who Ichika doesn't quite recognise) Ichika is shot, and the last thing she sees is the figure of someone who 'couldn't be there'.
THE END
Oooh.
Bad End 4: Play Chapter 4 on low approval and then make all the wrong deductions when discussing a case. Sasazuka doesn't immediately make himself a target, and though he does try to sacrifice himself in the end is unable to stop Souda killing Ichika. He does not take this well!

Enomoto Bad Ends
Tragic Love End: Play Chapter 6 on low approval, which includes waiting for him to initiate the kiss lol (he does not so she gives in and does it) Ogata stabs Enomoto in the arm and Ichika doesn't think Enomoto has the situation handled so shoots Ogata in the heart. Ichika quits the police and cuts herself off from Enomoto, consumed with guilt. She decides to take over the family business so Kazuki will be free to pursue music.
Enomoto shouts at her through the window of the train back to her parent's place, saying she was just trying to protect him and shouldn't give up. Doesn't she want to pursue justice together?
She just says "I'm sorry" and the train pulls away.
THE END
Adonis Bad End: Take the shortcut, get shot by Souda.
Bad End 1: Lie to Satake, even when he gives the chance to come clean. He refuses to work with Ichika, and her attempts to learn more about X-Day or connect with Enomoto stall. She becomes emotionally unstable as X-Day approaches. She makes a bad call on a random dispute and gets killed. The last thing she hears is Zero saying she is unworthy of them, and someone running up to remove her collar.
THE END
...ok on both this and Sasazuka Bad End 2 she'd JUST been talking to Mochida before someone unseen from Adonis approaches her. BUT THE CHINS DON'T MATCH??
Bad End 2: Ichika doesn't chase after Enomoto. And then she gets a message from his phone, saying 'since you averted your eyes from the truth, judgement has been rendered upon him'. Attached is an image of his corpse D:

Bad End 3: Fail to disarm Hana. Hana kills Kazuki D: D: An overcome Ichika shoots Hana dead but it doesn't fix the hole in her heart.

Bad End 4: Search the wrong place for Enomoto. She sees him and Ogata on the big screen at the station. The soundless argument is overlaid with subtitles making Enomoto look as bad as possible. And then he shoots Ogata D:

Shiraishi Bad Ends
Tragic Love End: Fail to shoot Zero, become brainwashed into a murderer.
Adonis Bad End: Ichika follows the sound of Sugawara wailing for Zero to talk to her one last time. Ichika saying she's a police officer does not calm her down as intended. She stabs Ichika in the heart, and a image of her with IV on it comes up.
THE END
Bad End 1: Fail to disarm Shion and die.
Bad End 2: Play Chapter 3 with low approval, including telling Shiraishi that if someone Ichika knew was in Adonis she'd never forgive them ahaha /o\. Ichika goes through night shift alone. She is too busy with work to investigate X-Day and the collar pipes up AT THE STATION to warn her not to get sidetracked.
And then SHIRAISHI'S VOICE COMES THROUGH THE COLLAR saying "I was waiting for you to contact her. So it WAS you." and then THE SOUND OF A SCUFFLE??? AND A GUNSHOT??
Given Shiraishi's brainwashed obedience to Zero, is this some other Adonis member using the same voice changer?
She gets a call reporting the sound of someone being shot which leads her to Shiraishi's dead body. A solemn Sakuragawa says it looks like murder, and all Ichika can do is cry.
THE END
Bad End 3: Play Chapter 6 with low approval but still kill Zero.
It all plays out the same until Ichika wakes from the coma, and I was just thinking "Oops did I forget to click low approval" when Shiraishi introduces himself...as her lover D: D: She feels bashful and looks down.
Shiraishi: We don't need to rush things. Let's just start over from here...I'll always be by your side. No one can tear us apart here.
Ichika: Yes...thank you.
She's feels like there's something she needs to tell him. But he's so kind, and so happy to be with her, that she decides she's happy too, and that this is all she needs.
THE END
I was so tensed for consent issues there. I mean obviously it's not ISSUE FREE but, you know...for otome bad endings where the protagonist gets trapped underground with a murderer it was pretty sweet! Maybe they can get a cat!
