A while ago I had a dream where I was at the DMV, learning about COVID-19-related changes they'd made to the swimming portion of the driving test. The swimming portion, of course, is far and away the hardest part of the test, so I was very anxious about it. Partway through, I remembered that I have my driver's license, and suddenly the backstory of the dream retconned itself to be me being very concerned about whether my brother could pass it instead. It's kind of fascinating how they adapt....
