Two games I just bought on sale on Steam

alias_sqbrI'm usually not super into these kinds of games but they were on sale and I was bored.
Glittermitten Cove: So this SEEMS like a slightly shonky but cute resource management game about building a village for fairies. The fairies have their own basic AI and you direct them to build storehouses for food, plant trees for wood etc. But there is some weird stuff going on under the surface, nothing scary or distressing afaict but also not the game I thought I was buying, and I turn out not to like the game it actually is anywhere near as much.
Islanders: A minimalist city builder about creating small, efficient settlements on islands. Didn't grab me on my first attempt but I'll give it another go at some point.
Also, a reminder of my games recs account for anyone in need of ways to waste time.
