Dairy is not my friend but that's interesting about milk. It's a nice mix of water, fat, sugars, and protein. Plus alkaline, if your body likes that, I used to eat a lot of low fat icecream when my reflux was playing up. (Alas for woo health fad people ruining the idea of "alkaline food")
