ALL the symptoms

So my body has decided to throw everything at me for no apparent reason.

Yesterday: depression. Then anxiety. Partly about things it make sense to feel bad about but also just literally throwing images of bugs into my head because I don't like bugs.

This morning: really bad sore throat. Mild sniffles. Chills.
Fatigue so bad I fell back asleep until noon.
When I woke up: mild IBS. Then muscle aches, then dizziness. Some itching. Twitches. Mild headache.

All I can think of that's missing is a rash. It's actually mildly comforting though, at first I thought I might have a cold or something but this many symptoms is usually just my immune system throwing a tantrum for no reason. Especially since the individual symptoms come and go. I did change the sheets yesterday, maybe I encountered too much dust?

I have a gastro appointment tomorrow at 8:30am (ug) so hopefully will be feeling a bit better.

Time to flop in bed and distract myself with computer games. At least the cat is being cuddly.

Well that sounds like fun. Reminds me of a printer going through a systems test on startup. May you return to your preferred settings soon.

Good luck with the gastro appointment, and I hope the computer game distractions helps. I've spent most of the day horizontal today and I have no idea why (I mean, why my symptoms would flare so badly today of all days). You definitely have my sympathies, and my hopes for some progress.

And thanks for offering to tag bugs, but it's fine. I am pretty much never bothered by them in pictures, it's just the real ones buzzing around me (or in my head).
