For fic I can only do canons I’m familiar with, Dragon Age Inquisition is what’s most on my mind but I can give other stuff a go. I don’t do prose prompts much, I’m trying to push myself to write more but it may end up very short!

I'm more flexible with art but may require image refs.

And as always, no zombies :)

Not a prompt, but it's fascinating to think of games as a possible promptable format. Of course people have game jams and such, and there have been themed IF comps which were basically like "write an IF according to this prompt", but for some reason it's just not a form of fannish engagement I see/think of very often.

Actual prompt, more modern DAIs? :P

Yeah, I hadn't thought of it before either, it just popped into my head while I was writing the post and I thought I'd put it out there!

And thanks for the prompt, it gave me the motivation I needed to draw my most complex modern au idea, it's always really encouraging to know people are interested :)

Lurker/stranger just popping in to say, thanks for putting that idea out there, filling prompts with games is such an interesting idea. I can see the benefits of using Ren'Py, jsVN, Twine, etc. for dialogue-heavy or CYOA-style fills or pairing fic with art and animation.

I have seen a few fanfic KNs on Ren'Py, but most of the fan games I've seen are dating sims.

As someone who has played some of your Ren'Py stuff I would definitely look forward to any game fills you shared.

Hello! Yeah I think Twine or Renpy etc would be best. Even then it's a lot of work, but could still be fun. I mean people do vid prompts and exchanges, and they're just as work intensive.

I would be interested in reading any of your headcanons of the romances that you have described having played - some of them sound really interested (in oarticular, the one where you said something along the lines of 'games makes X and Y out to be BFF, but I think one of them is only tolerating the other'). In particular, I'm thinking of DAI, but any game would do.

I adore Wynne and am always up for DAO prompts, but am having a total mental blank on the specifics. Any ideas?

Hmmm. She's told me about being a very surly 16-year-old who hated everything and thought life was totally unfair, which is a fun image, but having suggested an elderly character it seems silly to ask for a a drawing of a teen.

One of the things I like about her is the way she gets a kick out of being openly sexual and making Alistair blush. You can't romance her :( :( but I like the idea that she didn't give up sex the minute she found her first grey hair. I dunno, not suggesting anything smutty and I don't have any headcanon pairings for her, but I like that about her.

Alternatively, battle! :D Her Stonefist is just as badass as anything the party's warriors can do, and she can hit enemies they can't get at.
