2) Animorphs series, Dresden Files and Lord of the Rings

The only one of these I've actually read is Lord of the Rings! So we'll leave that one alone since I actually got through it.

The one Dresden Files book I read annoyed me, so I'll BURN IT ALL. Sorry Jim Butcher, you seemed nice enough at the con I saw you at.

I've heard the Animorphs series is fantastic but ends in a rather depressing way. So obviously I'll rewite it to have a happier ending, and everyone will be happy.

Which one did you read? If it was the first, it gets MUCH better.

Oh god, Animorphs. I deny any knowledge of the ending, starting with THAT SCENE ON the blade ship.

Yeah, it was the first, and I do mean to give the series another try one day.

Let's do the three Loretta Chases I've read then! Mr. Impossible, Last Hellion, and Lord of Scoundrels. :D

Burn Mr Impossible, I don't remember finding it very exciting.

Gosh, the other two are hard though. I remember them both being very fun in parts but less effective in others. But Lord of Scoundrels is the one I distinctly remember thinking "this has so much potential! If only it was written slightly differently" about. So I guess I have to rewrite it (I think it was the end I found not quite working for me), and reread Last Hellion.

The Mill on the Floss, The Horse and His Boy, The Cat in the Hat.

I'm going to have to burn the Mill On The Floss. I'M SORRY GEORGE ELLIOT YOU ARE MORE WORTHY THAN C S LEWIS but I can't see me getting through it which is a neccesary step to rewriting. It just sounds so depressing.

Rewrite the Horse and His Boy extensively to be* not racist.*

And then read The Cat In the Hat, because there's nothing wrong with that.

I usually avoid books in the "worthy but depressing" category. Somehow I managed to avoid spoilers for The Mill on the Floss and I read it and felt incredibly cheated afterwards.

The Horse and His Boy definitely had potential to be a better story than it was. Crying out for a rewrite!
