Things you want to promote to strangers

A lot of us have creations we want to share with the world (as opposed to blogs we want to share with friends etc). I know I feel really self conscious about promoting myself, and I'm sure others amongst you feel the same. Let's be brave! Or you don't feel feel self conscious at all but welcome another chance to promote yourself. Either way:

Give me links to your cooking blogs, your etsy stores, your poetry, your clubs etc and I will create a big post and we can all check out each other's stuff. If you want a blurb to go with the link, tell me it!

(These don't have to be "professional", just something you put serious effort into and want to spread to a wider audience. Fanfic counts if you want it to!)

Well, if you go to mirthfulconfusion.com that is a blogging network that I maintain. I've done almost all of the skinning for each blog-- some of them are as over-the-top as I can make them-- and wordpress design is a Thing I Do. I've one skins for other internet stuff as well, and the blog Probablepossible.com links to two online stores, one at probablepossible.storenvy and one at dendrophil.tictales.com and it was fun to try to recreate the blog's look on these two other systems. You'll see my physical handiwork on those two stores.

Also, if you register at Stellaomega.com you'll gain access to a bunch of hidden content. Figuring out how to make that work is what I've been doing this week-- it's really functional and I'm proud of it!

Not to sound immensely egotistical, but making a songvid was probably the hardest thing I've done as a fan, much harder than editing a zine or writing fic. And the response has been... not overwhelming, much less than for other things. Even if that's just because it sucks, I'd like to know.
