Goodreads!
Jan. 1st, 2013 06:28 pmSo I finally got around to signing up for Goodreads, and was reminded just how much I enjoy categorising my books. I used to spend hours recategorising my bookshelves as a kid. If you're interested in seeing my favourite scifi/lgbt/romance/science etc books it may be useful.
Does anyone else have an account? I mean to keep posting reviews here but may crosspost, I don't know. So far I can only be bothered rating and categorising.

Date: 2013-01-02 06:20 am (UTC)I would like to organise my books better over there, but mostly just feel overwhelmed. I imported my library from LibraryThing and the result was a horrible mess (I would almost recommend readding everything by hand than importing from LT to someone who was considering doing it; it's that bad) and then after a long time finally got it into almost presentable shape, and then never got around to finishing things. -_-
There's a lot I like better about LibraryThing, but it seems more people (at least people I know) use Good Reads.
