Woke up at 1am INTENSELY AWARE of how dry my mouth was, had to get up and get a drink, and then was VERY AWAKE. And I am still very awake as 3am approaches, ack, oh well I had no plans tomorrow.

Have finished my Kaleidoscope thingy well enough, though I may work on it more once I have taken a break and can find a beta. Which is good, because [community profile] yuletart is back! Woo! Signups close soon if anyone is interested.

The Quantum Computation exam stole allll my mental energy for assignments, I got very behind on Machine Learning and eventually decided to just download the videos and give up on passing. I'm watching them now out of sheer boredom and got 5/5 on a missed (but still counted?) assignment after like a minute of thought, this course is VERY EASY but also VERY DULL (plus all my years at uni have given me really good instincts for what a correct answer looks like). I think I will watch the neural networks lectures (though it took 20 minutes to stop being fluffy vagueness and "motivation") and then quit since after that it's like 3 lectures of practical implementation advice. Practicality! Blech. I'm not doing any more programming assignments, I spent way too long fiddling with minor syntax errors etc and then system wouldn't even let me submit!

Am watching the anime Bodacious Space Pirates on Crunchyroll and quite enjoying it, but that requires full concentration since it has subtitles, and my brain isn't always up to that, so it's slow going.

Had a glorious day out with [personal profile] mandragora2003 and [personal profile] lilysea at the Subiaco farmers market on Saturday morning. Lots of allergy friendly stalls, there were quite a few things I could eat though most were a bit meh (I have yet to eat processed raw food that wouldn't imo taste better cooked) But I had some home-smoked bacon which was amazing and didn't seem to make me as ill as shop bacon, and then a delicious raspberry and basil popsicle (shut up it was great). Lots of gluten free options that are apparently very nice. And then [personal profile] mandragora2003 jammed with the ukelele band and [personal profile] lilysea showed me the Shaun Tan mural in the library and then I went home and slept.

Writing all that made me hungry. IT IS TOO EARLY FOR BREAKFAST, TUMMY.
