Oooh, I'll happily save you from Surely You're Joking, Mr Feynman, and also the Benford/Bear books, unless someone else really desperately wants them.

I couldn't get more than a few pages in since it hit too close to home, and a friend who liked it to start with found it irritatingly evangelically buddhist as it went on. But I hope you get something out of it!
