Leliana's Song
Jul. 20th, 2010 12:33 pmGot around to finishing the Dragon Age downloadable content "Leliana's Song".
Review is vaguely spoilery:
I enjoyed it, but it is pretty shallow and blatantly disregards canon in order to reuse old settings, it's pretty much all in Denerim :( I liked the new characters but you hardly get to get to know them before the game is over and you don't even get an epilogue screen saying what happened next. Plus we get more of Bioware's ~edgy~ writing, this is not a franchise for those who wish to avoid references to sexual assault (well except that, as
darkrose pointed out, people are remarkably vague in this game. But the meaning is pretty clear)
I found the combat remarkably easy, and I suck at combat. Maybe the game just wasn't long enough for me to get bored and stop paying attention.
