I know at least two people who were working there (this being Perth, and me being a geek, I'm sure there were more) The idea of the company running back to America with everyone's work to finish the game without paying them is..not good.

Their new company is in Ireland. Notably, Ireland does not charge company tax.

It's amazing how much money you can save when you cheat your employees out of their earned wages and superanuation! Enough money to set up a new company to finish processing your stolen IP. I'm sorry, one of my good friends is a graphic artist with them. I've been hearing about this all week :|
