At my sister's birthday party (which was lovely)
Friend: Is *suchandsuch* coming? It's really sad, his grandad just died a few days ago.
Sister: Oh, really?

And that was the closest we came to talking about it until I brought it up just before I left (when it was just me her and Cam)

Environmentally friendly funeral/cremation options

After a conversation with my mum: do people know of any particularly environmentally friendly options for cremation etc in Perth? Grandma wanted to be given to science but various factors have made this infeasible, so given her greeniness this seems like the next best option. I know a lot of you are greener than mum and me.
