Email server is down, sysadmin is having a nap

I'd be tempted to wake him up, but then don't think he'd be any mood to fix the email server :)

Blarg. I feel sick, and not in a cfs way(*), I think something I ate at lunch disagreed with me.

(*)Although as always that's piping up too as a result of me feeling run-down

I hate that part of a chronic illness. It doesn't matter what is wrong with you, but it seems that every time you get sick, everything that normally is wrong with you starts playing up. I can't remember the last time I was just 'sick'. or had somehting simple without my bag playing up, or my back, or...

My favourite is still all at once, that is so much fun!

And then of course it's hard to tell what triggered what: did I eat something to set off my reflux, which then set off my cfs, or did I overtire myself and trigger my cfs which then made my tummy hurt? etc :/
