We weren't there for our last rent inspection (I got the date wrong. I am such a doofus sometimes) and they left a long list of things to fix many of which had been the same (and in one case, much worse) for the past five years.

This sounds very familiar to me, and agents that actually care for a property are very rare things to find it seems, but they are always wanting it to look sparkling clean. I'd love to be able to see their place to see just how clean they can keep it while actually living in it.

yes, something positive is quite good at keeping information from previous story arcs relevant, or at least keeping it as part of the characters history so it can be brought up again later. I also love the humour style in it which helps me :)
