The show gives us little enough information about families of the princesses (other than Glimmer of course, and maybe Scorpia) that we can substitute anything we want. It's not clear how much Dryl is a functioning kingdom or settlement, and Entrapta certainly doesn't rule over anyone but her robots and kitchen staff. Perfuma doesn't mention her family or any previous rulers that I remember, and Plumeria is definitely the sort of place that would roll with "the magic tree said she's worthy, I guess she's in charge now".

I do think I like the idea that there are no princes in the princess alliance (nor the nonbinary equivalent) just randomly, for no real reason. It's a small enough number of people that it's not even statistically far-fetched, and it feels like a nice counter-balance. Of course, there are lots of other possible alternatives.

I'm very tempted by the idea of Catra somehow becoming Razz's apprentice and really leaning into the whole witchy forest girl vibe. I think it would suit her, and Razz is certainly chaotic enough to keep up with her energy and give her the kind of freedom she needs to flourish. And I like Razz, I don't think she even met Catra in canon.
