An interesting article on why profilers are basically equivalent to psychics (and not in a good way) by Malcolm Gladwell
A post on a particular kind of dysfunctional relationship which I personally found interesting since it describes what went wrong with my ex pretty well(*), and it's not something you see very often in discussions of ways romantic partners can suck.

(*)Apart from the fact that I didn't cheat on him, because this is me. I have been known to feel wracked with guilt over not being insufficiently creeped out by a hug.
