The list of shows I am going through
Only 75 to go /o\
I'm letting myself skip anything over 45mins, which I'll mark with a # if I haven't actually tried it. And just imagine that half of these have "No, I don't know why I added this either" as an unspoken aside.
Hilda:
A cute animated kids show about a Scandinavian girl dealing with magical creatures and making friends. A little slow but charming *keeps*
Bob Ross: Beauty Is Everywhere/Chill with Bob Ross
Nice, gentle show explaining how to paint landscapes. I do these while actually painting, so will not watch right now. *keeps*
John Mulaney: Kid Gorgeous at Radio City
Stand-up comedy. Very entertaining! *finished*
Disenchantment
Satirical fantasy show by the creator of Futurama. Apparently dire. *drops*
Doctor Who
Time travel scifi show. I used to be really into this but went off it for some reason and don't seem to be able to get back into it. *drops*
Your Name#
Anime scifi romance movie. *keeps*
Grace and Frankie
Two women have to deal with their husbands dumping them to get married to each other. Well made but idk, something about it didn't work for me. *drops*
Monty Python:
Classic 1970s comedy show. I am not going to rewatch it.*drops*
Aggretsuko:
Anime about a cute anthropomorphic red fox dealing with her repressed anger about her shitty office job by occasionally exploding into angry song. Not bad, didn't click for me. *drops*
Star Trek: Discovery:
Latest Star Trek series. Didn't grab me, if I feel like trying again it's not hard to find. *drops*
One Day at a Time:
Sitcom about a family of Latina women. Nice enough, but too sit-com-y for me. *drops*
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina:
Trashy teen magic shenanigans. Not quite good enough to hold my interest. *drops*
The Dragon Prince:
US made animated high fantasy. Was rather generic. *drops*
How I Met Your Mother:
Sitcom about a group of friends, with the conceit that the protagonist is telling his kids how he met their mother. (And yes I am aware of the very unpopular way it ended) Too sit-com-y for me. *drops*
Queer Eye:
Reality tv where a group of queer men offer straight men life advice. Not my sort of thing. *drops*
Little Witch Academia
Anime about a bunch of cute girls at magic school. Cute! *keeps*
Young Justice
Animated show about the young sidekicks of the justice league. Just barely entertaining enough to keep me holding on until the introduction of ANY FEMALE CHARACTERS WHATSOEVER.*keeps*
My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic
Animated children's show about a group of magical talking girl horses who are all friends. Consistently annoys me and I'm not sure why *drops*
Black Mirror
I just added this for the Season 3 episode San Junipero, a scifi f/f romance. Which was SUPER GREAT. Deals with illness and death, but is ultimately uplifting. *finished*
Please Like Me
Australian comedy-drama about a young gay man and his friends. I really liked Season 1 but Season 2 just made me sad for some reason. *drops*
