I ended up going for a Fleurcup since I was told they are easy to clean and OMG is it ever. No little fiddly bumps and raised text! No little hollow tube at the bottom that's impossible to properly clean! Otherwise it works just like my mooncup did. I got the larger size since I am over 25 and it's been perfectly comfortable.
Here's the original post if you want to see everyone's suggestions.

I have tried scrubbing it with a nail-brush to clean it up, but hey, even if it doesn't look brand new forever it's still going to look cleaner than the Mooncup with its writing and hollow stem. And it's hygienic enough.
