Date: 2016-12-06 12:27 pm (UTC)For the most part I was able to shrug that off as part of the fluffiness, but I did feel like Corbin acted as the convenient dump for any opinions the author felt SOMEONE on the ship should have that didn't fit her narrow "good person hero" box. Such as "safety procedures are good".
