Anyone up for lunch near UWA on Tuesday?

alias_sqbrI'm going in to Broadway for a podiatrist appointment(*) on Tuesday and to make the long trip seem less pointless was wondering if any of you guys would be up for meeting up for lunch.
I'm not too fussed where as long as it's walking distance from Broadway and has low fat dairy etc free stuff I can eat. It would have to be after about 11:15 (later if it's a fair walk)
