What I will draw:
Prices
Very quick sketch: $10
If you don't care about it being super pretty.
Simple style: $25
Sketchy or flat colour, pretty but not detailed.
Complex style: $50
Details, subtle colours, careful linework.

Add half the price again if there's a lot happening, you want comic panels etc.
The fanart restrictions are the best compromise I can come up with between my personal ethics/desire not to get sued and the ridiculous state of copyright law.
What I will draw:
- Original art based on descriptions, rough sketches, or reference images: portaits of real people, conceptual ideas, OCs, etc.
- Original designs: ambigrams, tesselations, birthday cards, tshirt designs etc
- Fanart of stuff that is either not copyrighted or is over 50 years old and unlikely to get me sued. Or of your own original works!
- Parody
- Permitted transformative works like Flight Rising skins
