Oddly enough that doesn't bother me so much, though I did notice it. At least the Electronic Warfare Person and Psychic (I know she has another title but I've forgotten it :)) as well as Ririka wear less sexy clothes.

As for the photo, it looks all: Comrade Commissar Sophie is deeply disappointed in you, Comrade. And you know what happens to people that disappoint Comrade Commissar Sophie? No? Neither does anyone else. Because they are never seen again.

I am entirely happy with this interpretation.
