Thanks for confirmation of my rather vague decision not to see the film--mostly because, while I was never a comic book fan, I was aware of a lot of the superhero characters (Spiderman, in the daily paper, was my favorite; Wonder Woman of course rocked, Superman was everywhere), and I could not think of one thing I knew about Captain America.
