An unfortunately common cycle:
I see a post about trauma responses on my tumblr dash etc. I disagree with it, in whole or in part.
I open it in another tab while I start trying to articulate my thoughts to myself in preparation for making a reply/comment/my own post.
To articulate how trauma responses work, I think about my own trauma responses.
I become triggered and start dissociating and feeling generally awful.
I close the tab.
It happened TWICE this morning. I HAVE SO MANY OPINIONS. IF ONLY MY BRAIN WOULD LET ME EXPRESS THEM.
