I adore Isabela, but I always assumed I wouldn't be able to write her POV (or any story featuring her in a major way) since a lot of her character is about having lots of unselfconscious meaningless sex, and that's just not something I can write very convincingly or comfortably. jakia) I became taken with the idea of an Isabela/Fenris story which subverted the implications of canon and had them at most holding hands. Thus:
