I know at least two people who were working there (this being Perth, and me being a geek, I'm sure there were more) The idea of the company running back to America with everyone's work to finish the game without paying them is..not good.

Another Jennifer Crusie: Faking it

This is a sequel to Welcome to Temptation, following the main character of that book's reformed-ish conman brother as he encounters a family of art..dealers. Hijinks and love ensue.

It was very cute, though I found the dynamic a bit similar to some of her earlier books.

And..canon m/m couple! Who are quite cute and happy and very much part of the family. I take back my earlier comments about her characters all being straight and her heroes all womaniser-y, but afaict her casts really are all white.

There's also a short cute happy gen-ish fanfic sequel: Do Wa Diddy by Jade Lennox.

(For those who haven't seen the show: Toph is an ass-kicking 12 year old girl with a magical power over rocks. At one point she is played by a big burley guy in a play and is overjoyed)
