When my tablet broke I took a while to get into the mindset of drawing without it, then when I got the new one took a while to get back into a tablet-y mood. But during the time off I read a bunch of tutorials which I think have made a positive difference (specifically: adding masked gradients to various parts of the colour layer, and doing the shadows via a masked dark purple layer on "Linear Burn")

I originally flinched from making her hair, irises, and robes as dark as I should have since I was worried about losing all the detail.
