I think you have to be one of:
Quarantine & Border Workers, Frontline Health Care Workers, Other Health Care Workers, Aged Care and disability care residents, Elderly adults aged 70 and over, Critical and high risk workers, Younger adults with an underlying medical condition including those with a disability
I found it all a bit confusing tbh, but I got an appointment.

You can register as 'other' (ie. none of the above), but it won't let you make an appointment. I've gone for signing up (and getting the appropriate offspring to do so) so that we know we are on the list.

I'm really pleased that this option has been allowed for, because I remembered to do it, and now I don't have to have that on my list of 'when does that need doing'.
