Now I really want to see Kyoko in canon wearing scientist garb. She could be playing one! It would be so awesome!

It would!

I started thinking about a scientist AU of Skip Beat and then realised that was basically my love life at the start of uni(*) :D This may partly explain why I love the manga so.

(*)try and be Perfect Passive Girl for manipulative blond guy, after breakup realise what a bastard he was, be overcome by anger and bitterness for a while, take vindictive delight at beating him at the career path joined partly due to him, fall for older guy involved in the same field. Though my husband was much nicer to me when we met than Ren was to Kyoko :)
