One Simple Trick For Better Skin
Did you know that many vitamin C tablets contain citrus? Specifically, the Blackmores Bio C tablets I've been taking for at least a year?
In retrospect it's pretty obvious but it simply hadn't occurred to me to check untillilysea brought it up as a personal frustration. I switched to Swisse High Strength C, which is just vitamin C, and lo! All the weird little extra skin issues I developed a year or so ago have largely healed up! Luckily Cam is not intolerant to citrus and had been looking for a vitamin C tablet which doesn't have any sweeteners so I didn't have to throw out the old ones.
Normally I put this sort of thing on my health filter but maybe someone else out there is intolerant to citrus, takes vitamin C tablets, and never thought to check the ingredients of those tablets. Or maybe it's just me >.>
