djkittycat came over yesterday, it was really fantastic to meet in person and we had a nice long chat. I have to get better at remembering that when I'm feeling excited about talking to someone I feel more energetic than I really am, and need to force myself to sit down. My legs are not happy with me today, indeed they are not. (A similar effect caused a lot of peaks and troughs of energy when I had jobs involving public speaking)
