A post about how I probably shouldn't be posting

So since I realise I didn't say so explicitly: I'm back at work Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 hours a day.

On the one hand this is great, on the other it's taking me a while to adjust (I am optimistically seeing it that way, if I keep feeling this crap, well..) and so far tend to feel like Utter Crap between Tuesday afternoon and mid-Friday. The weather Is Not Helping.

I've been Disclaimer 4bing all over the internet recently, it's quite embarrassing. *tries to keep a tighter reign on my need to talk to Everyone about Everything*

And now to make dinner!

I need a cfs icon. I have huge icon-envy of lauredhel's slug.

That's tough having fixed shifts. Do you have the option to work different times if you're not up to it on those particular days?

Oh, I'm on flexitime, they'd just prefer it if I worked those days (and roughly within business hours) for planning purposes. And I like the routine, makes it easy to parcel out my spoons etc.

There's a nice half hour meeting where I don't have to to anything on Tuesday afternoons which helps me have a not-quite-nap and build up my hours :D

Oh, thankyou! That's really nice of you to offer. Those are some very cute slugs.

But I have this need for every icon to be the Perfect Embodiment of whatever it represents, and while your slugs are awesome they're not me. So I'm just going to have to wait until I figure out what the Perfect CFS Icon is and then make it. (Ironically, this is the one icon I own which someone else made for me, but that's a special case)

I feel like such a wierdo explaining it like that but that's just how my brain works. I am a slave to my muse! Icons are Serious Business!
