I can definitely relate to the points you make in answer to 2 and 38 about the value of accepting one's limitations, including social limitations. I feel like I did a pretty good job this year of accepting that I actually need to not be social a lot of the time and to limit my social time to times/places/events that I'm pretty sure will suit me. it's meant less socialising overall, but also less guilt and beating myself over failing to be social in the right ways and more enjoyment of the times I am social.
